Orange Cheese

I would never never never eat this Northern abomination. Now, I love Manchester and it’s people but I am not a fan of their local cuisine at all. Orange cheese is just one example of this. It, according to C, tastes “exactly the same” as yellow cheese. OK, so why make it orange? It makes no sense. Is it the sense of delight and surprise you get when you find that although it looks like it’ll taste like baby vomit crossed with althete’s foot, it tastes instead like pretty bog standard cheddar? ARGH.
